Butt question

    I am smoking 2 butts for a small wedding shower this weekend. Should I smoke them Friday night into Saturday or can I smoke them Friday day and pull then warm in a roaster Saturday? Thanks

    Pulled pork can easily be done ahead of time then warmed up. Add some finishing sauce as it heats up, will taste great.

    That is what I do when I need PP for a party. Frees up the smoker for other things.

    I agree, it is one of the easiest things to reheat.

    Smoke them Friday and pull. Vacuum pack them (assuming you have a vacuum sealer) then reheat with finishing sauce on Saturday.

    Yep cook them ahead and reheat. PP always tastes much better the next day. So it's a win win.
