Busy Sunday..

    So let's get started.

    Started with a 3.35lb chuckie covered in Wooster and MHGP Rub.

    Then onto the kettle.

    What's wrong with that picture?
    Not enough charcoal to get thru the stall....that's what...[​IMG]
    I had to add more charcoal, temp spiked and I blew through the stall. Oh well...
    Ready for some foil love.
    Some beer, wooster, onions and red peppers.

    Snack time.
    Some nekkid, some with Solieu's.

    Into the PBC.


    Back to the dinner.
    Pulled this when I reached 203IT.

    Had some leftover rolls and O-rings in the freezer. So I went with it.

    It was good!
