Busy sausage day!

  1. Hi :)

    This weekend, I've put together about 6# of a salami to dry-cure, 7# of Sweet Italian Sausage and 20 packages of snack sticks (regular, teriyaki and jalapeno-cheddar.) It was a bit tiring with all the other things I had going on, but it was well worth it! I wish I had purchased more Bactoferm. I could have made more. It'll have to wait...for now.
