I've got just a brisket flat (I know I know, why not just get the whole thing...long story)...what recs do ya'll have about how to make burnt ends from just a flat?? thanks

The point is better than the flat for burnt ends. The flat wil still work but might end up dryer. Smoke just like you'd normally smoke a brisket. Around 185-190 pull it cut it up and pan with rub and sauce. Take it till you get to where you like your burnt ends.
