If i wanted to make just burnt ends, what is the best cut of meat for that?
Can you find just a point off the brisket? I know I've seen both the flat and point sold separately. I've used a chuck roast before, though that's not true burnt ends.
As said above track down a brisket point.
And that would still need to smoke 1 to 1-1/2 hr per pound then cut and cook another 2hr in a foil pan?
