Here in Texas We are under a severe drought and have an almost state wide ban on outdoor fires. ie. No Bar-B-Q pits at the hunting lease by order of Land Owner! I need some cooking tips and especially how to do ribs. Thanks for any help or advice for a desparate novice smoker!
