  1. I smoked burgers today.  I had smoked them a few years ago on the barrel smoker and liked but this time great.  I use an electric. 1/2 to heat up to 250F 3/4 hour to smoke and then took them inside to brown the outside. Very tasty.  I used mesquite wood.
