Welcome to the forums, Charles!  Glad you joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastime...Smoking and Grilling great food!  Lots of friendly and knowledge folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty.  Good luck with your build project.  Can't help you with the dimensions, other than to tell you that over in the smoker builds forum, those guys have worked up a formula.  Not sure where exactly, but it should be easy to find with the search tool at the top of the page.
