Hi guys! Great forum, I've been a stalker for a while, but got into a jam and need some help.

I'm near Lynchburg, Va. USofA

The first smoking I ever did was on my Weber Genesis gas grill. I experimented with many smoker boxes and even had a custom pan fabricated to sit over one of the burners to ignite the wood. It was a nice try, but didn't work real good.

My next smoker was an offset design that I made using a Weber Genesis gas grill and an oil furnace. It looks pretty primitive, but works good . My biggest problem is that the cooking surface is too small. I can get 2 butts on it comfortably, 3 in a pinch. Temps are all over the place, but I didn't do any calculations with it. I have had some very good Q come off of it, never any bad. Some frustrating Q at times though.

My newest creation is a 120 gallon tank, RF. I'm right in the middle of the build, and need some help.

Cheers!
Brandon
