Hello to all! My name is Rob Collins, I'm from Bakersfield, Ca. and I love bbq!

I have my own team and really like getting out to comps to meet others and learn new tricks. I built two trailer mount units (one smoker and one whole hog rotisserie).

It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
