Well hi I moved to poland 2yrs ago to get out of the fast lane,there was me ( vince ) wife my dog a malamute he's 60 kgs and the harley in a van 60hrs driving to our new home right in the bottom of poland next to the ukriane border.We have a 120 acre garden with 60 fruit trees grow  everything .In the woods next door is bears bison wild boar hence the big dog.Served in the navy as a chef so cooking anything not a prob. I am going to try smoking meat cheese next i will have to build my own as i have 30yrs exp welding so we will see what i can do ( a good shop is 100kms away ) this winter it was -52c summers + 40c retired at 55 old enough to now better and young enough to enjoy life.
 
Vince, morning and welcome to the forum.....  Sounds like you are living on a nice farm....  Love to see some pics of your place....  Please take pics of your smoker build to share with the folks here... We love pics...  Hopefully we will be able to answer any questions you may have about the build.... there are many "experts" here that have built everything imaginable in the way of smokers....  When it comes to smoking foods, the experts are here also...  questions welcome....  Be careful, this could be a very long relationship and you could get addicted to smoking...     enjoy the long smokey ride...   Dave
