good morning to all! unclebeef just put on two briskets, one seared smokie okie style and one not seared.they have been one for about an hour so far ill post more pics soon.
 
bigsteve, with the weber going wide open, about 25 minutes each side.i have to warn you though,the smell was awesome, and will make you want beef for breakfast!

update!!! check out the redneck a/c, best seat in the house! plus man's best friend is supervising. next pic is of two foiled briskets a turkey and some wings. i'll keep ya posted with finished up pics!
 
alright, here is the finished pics i promised. let me say that if you have the time to sear your brisket, you will be rewarded with a very tasty treat! oh yeah, the brined and smoked turkey kicks @#$%!!
 
Oh My God thats looks sooo goooddd. Great job on the brisket and the turkey and then I have to wait for the wings your killing me and I just ate too.
