Here is a brisket i smoked a couple weeks ago. Smoked it on Hickory pellets and basic charcoal. Came out pretty awsome. I did a first and rubbed it down with homade jalapeno jelly then sprinkled on the black pepper and red pepper flake. Belive it or not it only had a bite on the bark and the inside had awsome flavor!! Any way heres the pick of it in my old fridge. Sorry no cut pic.
