Started at 0720 this morning.  Interesting to see how long it takes.  A little over 11lbs. Hoping to keep temps around 250-275

Qview start.....

 
I plan on taking it to 170 and then either wrap in foil or put in foil pan and cover with foil, then back in the smoker till 190-195.
 
Just hit 171. Just shy of 7 hours at this point. I put it in a foil pan and wrapped the top with foil. Now lets see how long till 190.
 
Done. Hit 192 so I checked it with a tooth pick and it seemed good. Pulled it off and wrapped it in foil and a towel, now resting in a cooler. Looks like I pulled it just in time too, a huge rain storm just started. That would certainly mess with the temps on the smoker.
