I just picked up a nice Brisket from GFS. $2.59 per pound. Every place else was $3.99-4.99. Cooking it later this week.
Sounds like a plan. I wanna see lots of pics.I plan on taking it to 170 and then either wrap in foil or put in foil pan and cover with foil, then back in the smoker till 190-195.
Equal parts kosher salt and black pepper. That's it. The pepper is a slightly larger grind of pepper than a table fine grind.Wht did you use for a rub
