brisket stall

    What internal temp should I wrap my brisket in foil. Should I do it before or after the stall?
     
  2. Hello Philip.  I don't foil my brisket until I rest it but if you want to foil, do it around IT of 160-165.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
