I found this one while walking around in Sammy's Clubhouse.
I tried to walk off, but it kept calling my name...So here it is....

Sugarless Rub...
No foiling.....
Cook temp 235*- 240*...
Flavoring woods...Mostly Oak, a little hickory.
After 3 hours...Mopped every hour or so....
Cook time..16 hours to 190*
Fat Cap down all the way....
Tender as Grandma's love.....
