630 am eastern time ribs and brisket are about ready to go on
How are you going to time when the ribs go on?
I put them on the same time as the brisket 7am. I no there gonna be done way before the brisket.
Question with the ribs.. When there done do u vent rap and put in cooler to rest like everything else??
The ribs I don't...not enough thickness of meat to re distribute the juices..
What's the best way to reheat or keep them warm until company gets here
I would think the oven on low..never had to wait , just ate them....Don't do the Microwave! they get tough and taste different.
I would re heat them in the oven...kinda like wings, pizza...
