brisket point just for burnt ends with qview

  1. Came out well today. One of the last cooks on my cheepo smoker. New build is in progress.

    Those look great bud. Was curious as to how long did you continue the smoke on those after your flat was done (assuming you smoked a full packer)?
  3. Removed flat from the point. Cubed up the point and put it in a foil pan with some drippings and smoked another 90 min or so.

    Looks good.... Smoking some burnt ends as I type.. Looking to ideas on how to finish them off..
