Brisket Philly Cheesesteaks

I inquired about a leftover thread at one point but since the site had recently come back from the crash and bugs were still being worked out it was said that that would be something to think about in the future once things had cleared up, though a vote for it could determine how much of a demand for it there would be.
Seems like a good portion of the bugs have been cleared and I know that I personally love doing leftovers with smoked foods. Hash, stews, soups, mexi-dishes, etc.

Maybe I'll start a poll and see what the rest of you fine people think.
