you do know that what you have is just brisket with corn beef seasoning on it, not corned beef right,
a brisket soaked in corn beef seasoning for around 2-4 days will turn into corned beef, you cant put on the stuff and smoke it and call it cornned beef,
tho it probly taste really good and im thinking of trying it as a seasoning its not cornbeef, the meat needs to cure in it for a few days and then you can smoke it and call it pastromi, then thin slice it to make some really good sammies out of it.
nicly smoked tho, very good job at not over doing it, more details, grill temp, total smoke time and meat temp when you pulled it off the grill would help other members out a great deal.
