OMG!! I tried and failed big time the first time smoking brisket, but i tried again today and it was AWESOME!!!! I did a 6 pound flat and it was totally melt in your mouth!!!

Wow it looks delicious!

A brisket flat is one of the hardest things to smoke, and it only took you 2 tries to get it right!
