brisket hopefully with Qview

  1. So im doing a brisket tomorrow morning doing all the prep now. Will try to post picks in the morning before i start the smoke. Done one before just perfecting the process now
  2. Doing the same thing...Just trying to decide on when to put it on, think i'm going to get a coupe hrs of sleep and get up to put it on at 4am that way I can try to shoot for an evening dinner...good luck and keep us updated! [​IMG]

     It only took me about 15 or so until I was happy with my brisket  !

  4. Well got it put on around 6 am this morning. Had to cut it in half because im using my electric smoker.
  5. Guess i should have said i have done a few briskets before lol
  6. Well everyone i fed 8 people with the brisket half of it pulledthe other half sliced and everyone loved it i think i found the combo of seasonings im gonna stick with.
