This morning I wanted something different for breakfast and decide to doll up a little chopped brisket and serve it with some eggs.

Since I'm making a philly cheese steak fatty today, I used a few of the veggies for that. Sautéed the veggies and then stirred in the brisket to warm through.

The bride, and her friend, both want me to do this again soon. I loved it as well!

Man that looks good! If I had a breakfast like that, though, I'd be worthless 'til at least mid afternoon... I have some leftover brisket point in the freezer. I'll bet the sauteed vegs & brisky would make a heck of a sandwich!
Looking forward to the fatty.

WOW.   That's more like a dinner meal.     BUT, I would eat it any time of the day.

Try brisket, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos....they are really good too.

Not wanting to hi-jack the thread but i made some chili the other day and the meat I used was chopped up bbq brisket that I ran thru the Ninja chopper thing.  Now that chili was a winner bud !  Definitely do that one again.

Wow that looked good. After eating that I would want to go back to bed and wake up hoping for it again.
