Wife has Bunco tonight, so I worked from home and cooked up some food for her party.

One 7.3 lb brisket, some beans, and 2 meatloaves (1 stuffed with hard boiled eggs, the other with broccoli and cheese).

Enjoy !

This is a new rig. I've used only 5 times previously. I'll post some pics when I sliced them. :-)

Everyone loved it - especially the meatloaf. I managed a few scraps in while I was carving.

awesome, I am gonna give Dutch's Beans a whirl this weekend with a porkloin. But after looking at the brisket the in-laws might be eating BEEF!!!!!

Leeman, that was an awesome looking smoke.

I especially love the way the meatloaf looked as if it exploded on the smoker.  That broccoli & cheese meatloaf is something I will be trying in the future.  And yes, the qview will be on the menu as well.  Great job.

The broccoli and cheese was a big hit.
I steamed fresh broccoli and used that with shredded sharp cheddar as the filling.
