Brisket and Pork Butt

I would - if one finishes before the other just wrap it in heavy foil, then a towel and toss it in a dry cooler.

Hope you have probes in both sets of meat so you know when each one hits their temp. Throw some pics out there for us to drool at, too!

Unfortunately my second wireless thermometer has decided to malfunction so I only have the probe in the Pork. The brisket is being checked regularly with a thermometer meat fork.

They are both in the oven now, wrapped in foil, as we are enjoying our afternoon downpour :(

Sombody does not want me to suceed today.
