Well finally getting around to posting pictures.  I didn't get any of the sliced brisket, it went too quick!  Everything was awesome!

Smoker (MES) ran at 220 the entire time.

     9:00 PM - Brisket on

     3:00 AM - Chuck on

6:30 AM - Brisket temp 173, foiled at that time

9:30 AM - Chuck temp 159, foiled at that time

12:00 PM - Brisket temp 200, put in cooler

2:00 PM - Chuck temp 200, put in cooler

5:00 PM - Brisket temp 160, sliced flat, pulled point

     5:00 PM - pulled chuck

    Here are a few pics............

That happened to me on the 4th! I didn't get of the 2 chuckies I made - luckily there was plenty of pulled pork and ribs to make up for it! BTW - nice job - the brisket and chuckie look great!

Looks great, and that pulled chuckie is making me want a sammich and I just ate breakfast! I'm thinking it's time for you to change your user name. When you post up q-view like that, you aren't a newbee any more![IMG]

Thanks guys!  I went through line last and got the last 2 slices of brisket.  I would've been pissed if I would've missed out on them!  There was plenty of pulled chuck for 2nds though and it was good!
