Hello everyone, my first post :)
I bought a Brinkmann Vertical Smoker off of craigslist a while ago. I quite like it. However, the round grates feel like they are oval and constantly pop out of the brackets that hold them in place.
I did two sets of ribs the other day and shut the door. I heard a *thump* and opened it back up and sure enough the top grate fell right on to the other one, smashing the ribs. It was such a pain trying to navigate the hot meat and fit things back into place. I feel like I have to constantly spin the grate to try and find the ideal match with the wall so it rests on the holder perfectly.
What should I do?
