Brining meat

    I make small amount of brine by using zip-lock bags, 2 cups water, 1/8 cup salt, spoon of honey.

    Micro wave water to hot ,add other, stir. Run bag under cold water & 10 - 15 min. u are ready for 2 pork chops or ???
