Hey everybody. I've been slowly getting into smoking and slow cooking and have been searching for places to get some tips. Came across this place and can't wait to see what I can learn.

Welcome from SC. This is a great site with lots of folks who are allways ready to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a nice cloudy day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome! This is a great place and you'll learn more than you could ever imagine! You'll probably pick up new "addictions" here as well.... Like sausage making.

Okay,

So it looks like the plan to move out to the country has been derailed due to our car getting banged up and going into the shop. So.... I have to make due with apartment living for a little while longer. So I need some advice on what kind of smoker would be extremely portable and able to store inside the home when not in use and not take up too much space. Any ideas? I want to be able to do a turkey this year for thanksgiving.
