Breaking in the MES (Lots of Qview!)

    Today's Smoke: Chicken

    Brined for 4hr and now in the MES. One has lemon/thyme the other is rosmary/garlic.

    Tomorrows Roast:

    Ribs (back and spare)

    Standing Rib Roast -
