Hello my name is Jonathan and I live in New Mexico. I am looking at buying a smoker/grill combo for me and my small family. I am going to try and learn new skills this year. I am looking at raising and slaughtering my own chickens, but I will need to still buy my beef at the store. From the looks of this website ill learn dang near anything and everything about smoking/grilling. I can make a mean hamburger but am looking at expanding my skills. So any tips will be helpful. I never smoked meat before so I am going to need help and pry will be asking a lot of questions.  So I am going to start off with two questions:

One: Is Char-Griller Super Pro Charcoal Grill a good grill/smoker?

Two: Can I smoke any meat I am getting into hunting so can I smoke elk, deer, ect?
