Brand new to smoking meats. My wife got me a 40" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker recently and I seasoned it a couple of nights ago. Planning to try some quartered chicken and ABT's tonight. Tomorrow I am going to smoke venison sticks (making them tonight to let cure), and this weekend I plan to try either pork ribs or a pork butt. Looking forward to starting the journey and have already found a lot of useful information. Much appreciated.
