Hey all, My name is Jason, I live in Maryland and I recently bought a Char-Griller Duo Model #5050 with the small smoker side box from Home Depot. I cooked on it all last year with propane and charcoal and want to broaden my horizons with using my smoker. I seriously know absolutely nothing about smoking meats!! I watch all these BBQ pitmasters comp. on TV and it amazes me to no end what they can do. I want to be one of those people competing. All help and info. would be welcomed! Thanks!!
