Just checking in.  I am new to the forums and new to smoking.  I have had plenty smoked meat but I have never done it on my own.  I am going out to buy a smoker today MB ES 30".  I really want to do my first smoke this weekend (with pork butt because my wife loves pulled pork).  I have been lurking around the pork forums latley just trying to get ideas.  Any tips would be awesome!

Glad you joined us Vandy58, :welcome1: from North Dakota!
Tip #1 - A-MAZE-N smoke generator - AMNPS 5x8 - This will provide a much better quality smoke system for your new Masterbuilt than the chip smoking design by Masterbuilt and it uses either sawdust or pellets.

LOL already on that!  We spoke in the Electrical forum as well!  Thanks!!!!!
