So I drove 45min this weekend to buy a smoker at cabela's. Bought the 30" analog electric model. Got it home started to assemble and then noticed that one of the rack supports was broken off, laying on the bottom of the smoker. Looks like the tiny welds didnt hold. This really sucks as I was planning on smoking for memorial day. I tried calling customer service, but as i assumed, they were closed for the holiday. Has anyone else had a similar problem? How is Masterbuilt's customer service? hopefully they can just send me the rack holder so I dont have to try and pack this thing back up. Guess it will be brats on the grill again.
