Bradley 2 Rack BacChOinks

    These are sausage, cream cheese, shred cheese balls wrapped in bacon. BacChOinks

    The ones on the left are just choinks

    In the 2 rack Bradley with hickory pucks.

    These are in the 2 rack i done those book

    Do rotate the racks. Items cook faster in the rear. Used setting PL04 For 1 hour then to PL 05 for 1.5 hours

    And a homemade dijon, hot sauce dipping sauce.

    Got details? What temp was the smoker (sorry not familiar with Bradley's settings), did you mix the cheese with the sausage to make the balls?
