Boudin Time!

  1. I have a double pack of Boston butts defrosting in the frig right now, I'll be making about 40 pounds of boudin this weekend. Pics. to come of the process and the finished boudin. Might put some in the smoker for a couple hours just to get a light smoke on them.

    I'm watching; always get boudin when in Louisiana. That crawfish boudin can be really good! Looking forward to how you do yours.
     
  9. I owe you guys an apology, I was rushed getting the batch of boudin done in time on a tight schedule and could not stop periodically to snap some pics. I'll try again on the next batch I make.
