Took some bottom round out Friday and sliced about 1/8" for some jerky. Mixed it with HiMountain original seasoning and cure, some Hi-Country seasoning, and alittle W sauce. Took it out this morning cut it into strips put it in my Cajun Injector electric smoker. I have the AMAZN filled with one row of Hickory Apple and Winebarrel mix. My little mod I did to smoker sure helps with air flow. I took a computer fan I had wired a 12v charger to it mounted to intake on smoker. I also drilled holes in the pellet shoot inside my smoker.
