Bones up or down.

    Ribs, bones up, down or just flip'em. 1/2 way through. Or use a rib rack so they're standing up. I've used the rack when I can't fit the halves flat on the top rack. The. Cookmaster only has 2 racks and its not very big. Thinking about adding a thirdd rack if I can find time with hunting coming up & fall yard work coming up.

      I usually go bones down. But whatever works for you.

    Bones down for me and dont forget to peel the membrane !!!!
