boneless skinless chicken breasts

    I'm going to try to make some smoked boneless skinless chicken breasts tonight. I know not everyone likes to smoke these since they dry out fairly easily. But I'm thinking they should be pretty quick and therefore won't make don't too late.

    These are the biggest chicken breasts I've ever seen!


    How do I add a picture? Now that taptalk doesn't work, I'm stumped
     
  2. To add a picture. The bear above where i am typing. You will see a smily fac towar the right. In that bar 5 to the left of it. Click on it. then go find your pic. click on it. Then pick what size you want. then submit.

      Hi Kymer, These breasts should go fast.   I hope you have an instant read thermometer. When at 165, remove and wrap in foil to take to 170.

      By the way, get that camera out and take some pics!
