Boneless Country Style Ribs, Smoked Vidalia Onions & Apples with Q-view

    Made some dinner on the smoker today.  I like to keep it simple: salt, pepper, brown sugar on the ribs; a tsp of chicken stock and 2 tbsp butter in the cored onions; brown sugar and butter in the cored apples; 5.5 hours smoke at 225* with plum wood.  Here's things getting started:

    A little rice and some snap peas, and we enjoyed a great supper!  Thanks for looking!

    Those CSR's and sides look great! Smoked apples give me an idear.

    I would have never thought to smoke an apple.  Geez, I must be losing my touch.  Good job.
