Took some CSR out of the freezer last night to thaw. applied some of my rub Smoked for about 1.5 hrs (sprayed with juice half way thru) and applied a light coat of bbq on them to finish up. Here is dinner all plated. Wifey made the bread sticks. It was a biscuit recipe that she sliced then put in a square pan coated with garlic butter and parm cheese. Simple little smoke but boy was it mighty tasty. Thanks for checking it out.
