Boneless Country style Pork Ribs

  1. Can anyone tell me what the best way to smoke these individual pieces on the smoker ? Is there a method like the 3-2-1 for example?

    Did some of those a few weeks ago. Just put on some rub then put them in the smoker, hooked the Maverick up to one of them and let them go till they hit temp. Stopped the smoke at 140F. Mine were really moist and rather tasty.

    yup. thats what i do too.
     
  5. The wife likes these over the Bone type and she does the shopping. I use the 3-2-1 method with a dry rub and when doing the #2 I add a small can of Apple Juice. This is a no fail method

    I spray with straight appple juice. Time involved escapes me, but it wasn't long.

    I have never been able to keep boneless country ribs moist enough for my taste. They stay on the grill for me, spares and baby backs in the smoker.
