    smoked with apple and pecan woods.......after brining in salt, sugar, garlic and onion granules, and sage.
     
  2. Looks pretty good. Any pics of it sliced up? I've been wanting to do a turkey breast.

    nah.....once any meat is cut up fingers tend to get too greasy for any decent camera work.......i don't know how yu guys do it, and thos are butts on top.
