Bone in pork sirloin roast for pulled pork?

A client called me for whom I'm doing a cook for this summer and says she can get a deal at a grocery store where she works for bone in pork sirloin roast for a buck a pound!

She can buy them now and freeze them. Anyone ever turn sirloin roast into pulled pork? I have never tried this with sirloin.
