I got a sweet deal at Kroger on some bone-in country style pork ribs. I paid $.89 a pound for them. I rubbed them with Lawry's seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, and turbinado sugar. Then onto the UDS over charcoal and hickory for 2 hours then 1 hour foiled, put some sauce on them and let them firm up for about 15 minutes. I served them up with Dutch's wicked beans, Mac & Cheese, and whomp biscuits with apple butter.
Here is the money shot.
They were pretty tasty.
