greetings

i am new to your site but have been following and looking up different ideas you experienced folks have written about..

i am from nebraska but spend part of the year in costa rica..the cold months

i converted a old grill here in c.r. from a propane grill to a electric smoker..we have limited products here to do a good job

but i am happy with how it works..i can get and hold around 225 degree's so that works with most things i smoke..

i will be headed back north at the end of april and plan to buy a masterbuilt 40 inch from sams and continue to smoke meat

in nebraska..ive always like to cook and grill and now i really enjoy smoking---look forward to all of your advice and idea's..

thank u for allowing me to join your forum ..bill

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
