HAHAHAHA Scrapple is a east coast thing. PLEASE don't ask what's in it.
It's kinda like a by product of all the left overs. they get pressed together into a square shape, and you slice it and fry it up for breakfast. It's not really a bad tasteing thing. Just don't look at the ingredince(?)

Scrapple is great (IMOP). Really big around these parts. Everyone that I have fixed it loves the taste of it. Then when they find out what its made from, only some will say they do not want it again but will still say it was good!!!!!!!

Family that comes in from out of town must have when they get here.

Again try it you may like it, Mikey did!!!!!!!!!!

Its not only a east coast thing. More apt to find in the south. It has migrated north over the years. Big in Penn. cause of all the Amish.
It really is a real breakfast treat if you have never had it.
