I have an Oklahoma joes stick burner and the last two cooks I've noticed a black residue, the last time it dripped on the meat. So I've been using my other smokers. I've been thinking about burning it out and re-seasoning it. I think it's because of lack of airflow. Should I do this and if so how do I prevent it from happening again?
